NYSA Birthday Party

No Birthday Party is available during the summer camp period.
Things to know…

All parties are 90 minutes long.

Once you fill out the registration form, our event coordinator will contact you via email. Once we discuss the party, we will send you an invoice.

$150 deposit due at the time of the booking. Three days before the party date, please inform us of the final headcount, and we will modify the invoice if needed. The remaining balance will need to be paid at that time.

Deposit is non-refundable if that party is canceled.

30-minute prior setup available.

Parents may not join the 60-minute art session, but they are welcome to attend the 30-minute party afterward.

Extra food order available: Sandwich platter and/or large pizza

Allergy warnings: Food may contain wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and dairy.

Register at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.

NYSA staff will not serve food or do other activities during the 30-minute allotted celebration time.
