We understand that family schedules can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel participation in the After School Pick-Up Program. To ensure a smooth process, please carefully review the policy below:
Notice Requirement
All cancellations require a 30-day written notice, effective from the end of the month in which the notice is received. This allows us to plan accordingly and process your cancellation without disruption.
How to Cancel
To cancel your enrollment, please submit a written notice via one of the following methods:

Please note: Cancellations will be processed based on the date your written notice is received.
When you request a cancellation, you will be automatically charged for the first billing cycle after your request, covering the required 30-day notice period.
For example, if you submit your cancellation on June 5, your final charge will occur on the next billing date, June 15, and the program will officially end 30 days after that.
• Cancellations cannot be made retroactively.
• Families are responsible for tuition during the 30-day notice period.
• No refunds will be issued for unused days within that period.
